Irrigation Concept Design for the Horticulture Property for Sale
The proposed irrigation design for the horticulture property for sale has been completed based on high-water use plantings (almonds) and consists of:

Two pump sites on the Murray River to service both sections of the development (Lot 2 West and Lot 2 East)

A 520 mega litre dam to service Lot 2 West

A 400 mega litre dam to service Lot 2 East.
The irrigation system design for the horticulture property for sale allows for the development to be staged and provides pumping redundancy, 3 days peak water security and the potential for separate ownership of the lots if the horticulture property for sale is subdivided.

Power Access and Availability for the Horticulture Property for Sale
The initial power network designs have been completed, and sufficient power is available from Essential Energy for both river pump sites. The dam sites are proposed to be powered by diesel or an off-grid power solution.
Water Supply and Use Licences
The horticulture property for sale has an existing Water NSW water supply and use licence for the cleared area of Lot 2 West.
An application is in progress for the currently cleared area of Lot 2 East. This is expected to be issued within the next 3 months.
Once the remaining clearing is complete (approximately 298ha), a further water supply and use license will be sought for this area, providing an estimated 1,300ha of irrigatable land.
